At Moon Magic, we want you to be completely enchanted by your jewelry. If your purchase doesn't align with your vision, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Moon Magic velvet pouch and protective box to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
